Dr Toh Chin Chye (1921-2012)

(10 February 2012) — Toh Chin Chye, a key founding father of modern Singapore died on February 3, 2012 at the age of 90. He was born in Taiping, Perak, British Malaya on December 10, 1921, but moved to Singapore after winning a scholarship to study science at Raffles College. BY DR LAM PENG ER
